1.What is a polynomial?
A mathamatical term that has as many terms as you want.
2.What is a monomial?
A mathamatical term that has 1 term.
3.What is a binomial?
A mathamatical term with 2 terms.
4.What is a trinomial?
A mathamatical term with 3 terms.
5. How do you classify a polynomial?
By how many terms the problem has; 1 term is a monomial, 2 is a bionomial, and 3 is a trinomial.
Examples:
2+2 is a binomial
2x1 is a nomial becuase terms are speparted by addition and subtraction signs.
2+2x4/3 is a bionomial.
Something to Remember:
If there is a problem like 4+2²x-3 it's a bionomial BECAUSE you can put the 4 and 3 together.
